The hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean with pretty modern decor. However, it was quite cold even after switching off the AC, yet still maintained their beauty. The staff was lovely, welcoming, and extremely attentive, going above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect-right across the street, but could use more comfortable chaises. The amenities were fantastic and everything we planned was easily accessible. The dining experience, although good and reasonably priced, had some hiccups with slow service and certain dishes not meeting expectations.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were perfect, especially for guests with kids, featuring a jacuzzi tub, fireplace, king bed, balcony, fridge, Nespresso machine, plush robes, walk-in shower, dining table, and sofa. The cleanliness was top-notch, though the room did have a slight smell of stale cigarette smoke. The service was exceptional, with all staff members being very pleasant and well-trained. The location was a bit unexpected but convenient for accessing nearby attractions and shopping areas. The dining options were good but could use some improvements in food preparation. Overall, a comfortable and family-friendly hotel at a good value for money.
